Pilates - 9:30 AM

Led by: Maureen Fleagle Pilates is a method of movement that, when practiced regularly, increases mind-body awareness, improves posture, allows greater flexibility and challenges the core. This 50 minute mat class will require a comfortable space, a mat, and small hand weights or water bottles.
